Refund Process

  • RETURN

    We will guide you how to return the order to one of our warehouses. Once we get the refund, you'll be notified.

  • GET REFUND

    Once we get the returned package, we will proceed you a refund. You'll get your money back within 3 days.

Terms & Conditions

  • If you're willing to return your order, you can do it within 30 since the day free of charge.

  • You are allowed to choose from a money-back refund and an exchange for other Dr. Pen™ device.

  • In case of an exchange to other Dr. Pen™ device, you should cover the price different between the new device of your choice.

  • In case of a refund the order should be returned to one of our warehouses unused. Seal can not be opened before the return.
