Refund policy

• If you would like to return your order, you may do so free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
  
  
• You are allowed to choose from a money-back refund and an exchange for other Dr. Pen™ device.
  
  
• In case of an exchange to other Dr. Pen™ device, you should cover the price different between the new device of your choice.
  
  
• In case of a refund the order should be returned to one of our warehouses unused. Seal can not be opened before the return.
